Chapter 427A - Services to Aging Persons and Persons With Disabilities
NRS 427A.894 - Money provided for direct expenses or marketing not part of Trust Fund.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 427A.894 (2019)
The State Treasurer may accept and expend on behalf of the Trust Fund money provided by any entity for direct expenses or marketing. Such money is not a part of the Trust Fund.
