Chapter 427A - Services to Aging Persons and Persons With Disabilities
NRS 427A.0283 - “Facility for long-term rehabilitation” defined. [Effective January 1, 2020.]
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 427A.0283 (2019)
“Facility for long-term rehabilitation” means a facility that provides residential services for rehabilitation from an acute illness or injury in which a recipient may reside for longer than 1 month.
