Chapter 424 - Foster Homes for Children
NRS 424.079 - Visitation of child by provider of foster care after child leaves care of provider.

Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 424.079 (2019)

Upon the request of a provider of foster care, the licensing authority shall allow the provider to visit a child after the child leaves the care of the provider if:

1. The child agrees to the visitation; and

2. The licensing authority determines that the visitation is in the best interest of the child.
