Chapter 424 - Foster Homes for Children
NRS 424.0135 - “Foster care agency” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 424.0135 (2019)
“Foster care agency” means a business entity that recruits and enters into contracts with foster homes to assist an agency which provides child welfare services and juvenile courts in the placement of children in such foster homes.
