Chapter 410 - Beautification of Highways
NRS 410.290 - “Safety rest areas” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 410.290 (2019)
“Safety rest areas” means areas or sites established and maintained within or adjacent to the right-of-way by or under public supervision or control, for the convenience of the traveling public.
