Chapter 410 - Beautification of Highways
NRS 410.180 - Payment of costs.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 410.180 (2019)
The cost of screening, relocation, removal or disposal of any junkyard shall be paid by the State from the State Highway Fund, provided a proportionate part of such cost shall be reimbursable from federal funds in accordance with 23 U.S.C. § 136.
