Chapter 410 - Beautification of Highways
NRS 410.160 - Acquisition of property by Department.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 410.160 (2019)
The Department is authorized to acquire such interests in real property as may be necessary to effect the screening, relocation, removal or disposal of junkyards required by NRS 410.095 to 410.210, inclusive.
