Chapter 410 - Beautification of Highways
NRS 410.050 - “Edge of the right-of-way” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 410.050 (2019)
“Edge of the right-of-way” means the property line between the area acquired for state highway rights-of-way and the abutting property.
