Chapter 410 - Beautification of Highways
NRS 410.040 - “Automotive graveyard” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 410.040 (2019)
“Automotive graveyard” means any establishment or place of business which is maintained, used or operated for storing, keeping, processing, buying or selling wrecked, abandoned, scrapped, ruined or dismantled motor vehicles or motor vehicle parts.
