Chapter 408 - Highways, Roads and Transportation Facilities
NRS 408.3876 - “Design-build contract” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 408.3876 (2019)
“Design-build contract” means a contract between the Department and a design-build team in which the design-build team agrees to design and construct a project.
