Chapter 408 - Highways, Roads and Transportation Facilities
NRS 408.220 - Duties of Director: Reports to Board.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 408.220 (2019)
Before September 1 of each even-numbered year, for the biennium ending June 30 of that year, and at such other times as the Board designates, the Director shall report all the proceedings of the Department to the Board.
