Chapter 408 - Highways, Roads and Transportation Facilities
NRS 408.214 - Duties of Director: Designation of restricted highways.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 408.214 (2019)
The Director shall designate restricted highways which are susceptible to severe damage if traveled upon on or after February 1 but before May 1 in violation of a limitation of weight imposed by NRS 484D.615 to 484D.675, inclusive.
