Chapter 408 - Highways, Roads and Transportation Facilities
NRS 408.170 - Director: Other employment prohibited; removal.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 408.170 (2019)
The Director shall devote his or her whole time to the duties of his or her office, and may be removed by the Board at any time.
