Chapter 396 - Nevada System of Higher Education
NRS 396.958 - Acceptance of gifts, grants, bequests and donations.

In addition to any direct legislative appropriation from the State General Fund, the Board of Regents may accept gifts, grants, bequests and donations to fund grants awarded under the Program.
