NRS 396.882 - Bonds and other securities legal investments for state money.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 396.882 (2019)
It is legal for the State Board of Finance to invest any permanent state funds or other state funds available for investment in any of the bonds or other securities authorized to be issued pursuant to the provisions hereof.
