NRS 396.833 - “Securities” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 396.833 (2019)
“Securities” means notes, warrants, bonds, temporary bonds and interim debentures authorized to be issued hereunder in the name and on the behalf of the University or of the Board for the benefit of the University.
