Chapter 396 - Nevada System of Higher Education
NRS 396.820 - “Gross revenues” and “gross pledged revenues” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 396.820 (2019)
“Gross revenues” or “gross pledged revenues” means all pledged revenues received by the University or the Board, or both the University and the Board, and pledged for the payment of any securities issued hereunder.
