NRS 396.802 - System and Board of Regents not obligated to acquire property from nonprofit corporation.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 396.802 (2019)
Neither the System nor the Board of Regents is obligated to acquire from such a nonprofit corporation any property acquired by it, except as is otherwise provided in NRS 396.807.
