Chapter 396 - Nevada System of Higher Education
NRS 396.5197 - Course of study for obtaining endorsement to teach English as a second language; consideration of recommendations of English Mastery Council. [Effective through June 30, 2022.]
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 396.5197 (2019)
If the System offers course of study for obtaining an endorsement to teach English as a second language, the Board of Regents may take into consideration the recommendations submitted by the English Mastery Council pursuant to NRS 388.411 in developing the curriculum and standards for the course of study.
