NRS 394.670 - Criminal penalty.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 394.670 (2019)
Every person who violates any of the provisions of NRS 394.620 to 394.640, inclusive, is guilty of a gross misdemeanor. Each day’s violation is a separate offense.
