NRS 394.530 - Postponement of effective date of action pending review.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 394.530 (2019)
If the Commission or the Administrator determines that irreparable injury would result from putting into immediate effect a final action or penalty, the Commission or Administrator, as appropriate, shall postpone the effective date of the action pending review.
