Chapter 394 - Private Educational Institutions and Establishments
NRS 394.475 - Authorization by Administrator for employment of agents by postsecondary educational institution.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 394.475 (2019)
Before a postsecondary educational institution employs agents or contracts with persons to act as agents for the institution, it must apply for and receive from the Administrator authorization for the employment of agents.
