Chapter 394 - Private Educational Institutions and Establishments
NRS 394.1615 - “School service provider” defined. [Effective July 1, 2020.]
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 394.1615 (2019)
“School service provider” means a person that operates a school service, to the extent the provider is operating in that capacity.
