Chapter 394 - Private Educational Institutions and Establishments
NRS 394.093 - “Ownership” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 394.093 (2019)
“Ownership” means ownership of a controlling interest in a private elementary, secondary or postsecondary educational institution or ownership of a controlling interest in the legal entity owning or controlling the institution.
