Chapter 394 - Private Educational Institutions and Establishments
NRS 394.011 - “Agent’s permit” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 394.011 (2019)
“Agent’s permit” means a nontransferable written authorization issued to a natural person by the Board or Commission which allows that person to solicit or enroll any resident of this State for education in a private elementary, secondary or postsecondary educational institution.
