Chapter 394 - Private Educational Institutions and Establishments
NRS 394.006 - “Accredited” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 394.006 (2019)
A postsecondary educational institution is “accredited” if:
1. It has met the standards required by an accrediting body recognized by the United States Department of Education; or
2. The United States Department of Education recognizes it as accredited.
