Chapter 388 - System of Public Instruction
NRS 388.497 - Aversive intervention prohibited.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 388.497 (2019)
A person employed by the board of trustees of a school district or any other person shall not use any aversive intervention on a pupil with a disability.
