Chapter 388 - System of Public Instruction
NRS 388.14555 - Immunity from liability for team and team members. [Effective through December 31, 2019.]
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 388.14555 (2019)
The team appointed pursuant to NRS 388.14553 and each member of the team are immune from civil liability for any damages resulting from an act or omission of the team or the member or another member of the team in performing the duties set forth in NRS 388.1455 and 388.14553.
