Chapter 379 - Public Libraries
NRS 379.147 - “Library” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 379.147 (2019)
As used in NRS 379.147 to 379.149, inclusive, “library” includes public libraries, school libraries where authorized by school districts, academic libraries, special libraries and the State Library, Archives and Public Records.
