Chapter 379 - Public Libraries
NRS 379.0223 - Consolidated library district: Name.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 379.0223 (2019)
The name of any consolidated library district established pursuant to NRS 379.0221 must be selected by the trustees and include the name of the city having the largest population located within the boundaries of the consolidated library district.
