Chapter 379 - Public Libraries
NRS 379.009 - Filing and update of directory of personnel who hold certificates.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 379.009 (2019)
The State Library, Archives and Public Records Administrator shall file with the governing authority of each public library in this State a directory of all personnel who hold certificates, and shall advise the governing authority from time to time, as necessary, of changes or additions to the directory.
