NRS 369.610 - “Alcoholic beverage awareness program” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 369.610 (2019)
“Alcoholic beverage awareness program” means a program designed to educate persons who sell or serve alcoholic beverages or perform the duties of a security guard at an establishment.
