Chapter 369 - Intoxicating Liquor: Licenses and Taxes
NRS 369.440 - Certificates for permissible persons.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 369.440 (2019)
By regulation, the Department shall prescribe the form of and conditions for obtaining a permissible person’s certificate, which shall be printed and distributed on request to any person or representative of any institution, school, hospital, or church desiring to import liquor for industrial, medical, scientific or sacramental purposes.
