Chapter 369 - Intoxicating Liquor: Licenses and Taxes
NRS 369.320 - Counties, cities and towns not prohibited from requiring licenses.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 369.320 (2019)
Nothing in this chapter shall be deemed to prohibit any county, city or town in Nevada from requiring an importer or seller of liquor to obtain a local license before engaging in such business.
