Chapter 369 - Intoxicating Liquor: Licenses and Taxes
NRS 369.050 - “Original package” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 369.050 (2019)
As used in this chapter, “original package” means any container or receptacle first used for holding liquor, which container or receptacle is sealed.
