Chapter 365 - Taxes on Certain Fuels for Motor Vehicles and Aircraft
NRS 365.534 - “Right-of-way” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 365.534 (2019)
“Right-of-way” means:
1. Any public road, highway, street or alley.
2. Any real property or any interest therein that is acquired, dedicated or reserved for the construction, operation and maintenance of a public road, highway, street or alley.
