Chapter 365 - Taxes on Certain Fuels for Motor Vehicles and Aircraft
NRS 365.015 - “Aviation fuel” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 365.015 (2019)
“Aviation fuel” means motor vehicle fuel specially refined for use in the propulsion of aircraft, but does not include fuel for jet or turbine-powered aircraft.
