NRS 360.982 - “Economic development financing agreement” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 360.982 (2019)
“Economic development financing agreement” means an economic development financing proposal that is approved by the Executive Director of the Office pursuant to NRS 360.990.
