Chapter 360 - General Provisions
NRS 360.885 - “Participant” defined. [Effective through June 30, 2032.]
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 360.885 (2019)
“Participant” means a business which operates within the geographic boundaries of a project site and which contributes to or participates in the project.
