Chapter 360 - General Provisions
NRS 360.840 - Adoption of regulations by Nevada Tax Commission.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 360.840 (2019)
The Nevada Tax Commission shall adopt such regulations as it deems appropriate to carry out the provisions of NRS 360.800 to 360.840, inclusive.
