Chapter 360 - General Provisions
NRS 360.815 - “Public utility” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 360.815 (2019)
“Public utility” means any privately, publicly or cooperatively owned system for providing a utility service to the public or a segment of the public.
