Chapter 360 - General Provisions
NRS 360.278 - Authority to engage service of armored car.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 360.278 (2019)
The Department and the State Board of Finance may enter into contracts for armored car service or engage such service where necessary to transport to the designated banks or credit unions any money collected in the offices of the Department.
