Chapter 360 - General Provisions
NRS 360.145 - Employees of Department: Evaluation on basis of assessments or collections prohibited.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 360.145 (2019)
The Department shall not evaluate an employee of the Department on the basis of assessments or collections from taxpayers.
