Chapter 360 - General Provisions
NRS 360.080 - Quorum; voting by commissioners.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 360.080 (2019)
1. Five members shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.
2. The Chair and each of the commissioners have a vote upon all matters which come before the Nevada Tax Commission.
