Chapter 355 - Public Investments
NRS 355.045 - General duties.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 355.045 (2019)
The State Board of Finance shall review and approve or disapprove the policies established by the State Treasurer for investment of money of the State and of money in the Local Government Pooled Investment Fund. The Board shall review both sets of policies at least every 4 months.
