NRS 355.005 - Regulations of State Treasurer.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 355.005 (2019)
The State Treasurer shall adopt regulations which the State Treasurer deems necessary to carry out his or her duties pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
