Chapter 354 - Local Financial Administration
NRS 354.510 - “Debt service fund” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 354.510 (2019)
“Debt service fund” means a fund to account for the accumulation of resources for and the payment of principal or interest on any general long-term debt or medium-term obligation.
