Chapter 353B - College Savings Programs and Education Savings Accounts
NRS 353B.040 - “Purchaser” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 353B.040 (2019)
“Purchaser” means a person who makes or is obligated to make payments for tuition in accordance with a prepaid tuition contract.
