NRS 348.310 - Determination of governing body.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 348.310 (2019)
The determination of the governing body authorized or empowered to issue public securities under this chapter and any other provision of NRS or special act must be made in an authorizing instrument pertaining to those securities.
