Chapter 321 - Administration, Control and Transfer of State Lands
NRS 321.310 - Land acquired by patent from Federal Government to be conveyed by patent.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 321.310 (2019)
Except as otherwise ordered by a court of competent jurisdiction, the title of the State to any lands acquired by patent from the Federal Government must be conveyed by patent.
